Our cozy studio flat is furnished in mountain style with larch wood. It consists of a single large bright room, with one double bed, one sofa bed, a wardrobe, dressers, a kitchenette, a dining area, a private bathroom featuring bathtub and washing machine. The external facade of the building has been completely renovated in November 2024. Our flat is perfect for couples and families with one or two children. Our Studio flat is an attic apartment, so you might need to bend down, for example in the bathtub, in the kitchenette Below our flat, there is a rental shop for mountain sport equipment, with a storage that can be used by our guests.
Monica, who was born and still lives in Jouvenceaux, has passionately managed many family businesses over the years. She loves receiving people and making them discover this area. That’s why she will be happy to welcome you and provide any useful information to make your stay even more pleasant and unique.
The structure is located nearby the alpine village of Jouvenceaux, a hamlet of Sauze d'Oulx, in the heart of the Alta Val di Susa, with a easy access to the ski resorts of the Via Lattea. During your stay you can explore the area by skiing in the winter season or trekking, simple walks for families with children, bike tours and all kinds of outdoor mountain activities. In the village it is possible to use a bar/restaurant and a pizzeria, open most of the year. The property is located 200 meters from the bus stop and a short walk from the Ski Bus stop. The nearest train station is Oulx 3 km away and 1.5 km from the town of Sauze d'Oulx.
