Lovely one-bedroom apartment furnished in traditional mountain style, consisting of two rooms, spacious and bright: it has a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a sofa bed for two, a kitchenette and dining area, and a private bathroom with shower and washing machine. The building's exterior was completely renovated in 2024. Ideal for family stays. There is a ski and mountain sports equipment hire shop, with an adjoining storage room accessible to guests.
Born and raised in the village of Jouvenceaux, Monica has passionately managed several family activities for years. She loves welcoming people and introducing them to the discovery of this territory, so she will be happy to welcome you and give you any useful information to make your stay even more pleasant and unique.
The property is located in the immediate vicinity of the alpine village of Jouvenceaux, a hamlet of Sauze d'Oulx, in the heart of Alta Val di Susa, with direct access to the Via Lattea ski lifts. During your stay, you can explore the area by skiing in the winter season or trekking, easy walks for families with children, bike tours and all kinds of mountain outdoor activities. There is a bar/restaurant and pizzeria in the village, which are open most of the year. The hotel is 200 metres from the bus stop and a short walk from the Ski Bus stop. The nearest railway station is Oulx, 3 km away and 1.5 km from the centre of Sauze d'Oulx.
