Monte del Lago is a typical example of rural architecture of the previous century. It is surrounded by a large garden shaded by ancient olive trees equipped with garden furniture, table tennis and there is a beautiful swimming pool (5 x 12 m, depth 1,20-2,00 m) with a wonderful view. On both sides of the house there are two large first floor terraces with a beautiful view of Lake Trasimeno and can be used for al fresco eating or as a sun terrace. FIRST FLOOR: access via a traditional external stone staircase with loggia, made up of a sitting room with fireplace, sofas and TV, kitchen/dining room, two bathrooms with shower one of which with washing machine. Double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower and mezzanine with a double and a single added beds,access to a typical panoramic terrace equipped with table, chairs and sun umbrella. Double bedroom with mezzanine with single added bed, double bedroom, twin bedroom. From the kitchen and the sitting room access to a large terrace (60 sqm) partly covered and equipped with table, chairs, sitting area in wicker furniture, swing seat and barbecue. Its position, at the top of a hill covered by olive trees and overlooking Lake Trasimeno, is incomparable. It is all that one could wish from a holiday home: the peace and tranquillity of the countryside together with the cool breeze from the lake below. The beaches of Lake Trasimeno where, apart from enjoying the hot summer sun, you can also do water sports like sailing and wind-surfing, are visible from the house and only a short drive away. The most beautiful cities of Umbria are only a few kilometers away.
