Strategic and very convenient location 50 meters from the sea, 150 meters from the train station, reachable by car, public parking 50 meters away. In the area of the most beautiful beaches of Monterosso 800 meters from the historic center reachable by walking along the sea promenade closed to traffic. Please note: Top floor reachable only by foot, no elevator. One of the rooms with view and small terrace. Interior structure newly renovated, exterior stairs of building still being restored. No breakfast service, but sweet and savory snacks, tea, coffee and herbal teas are available in room. At 50 meters there are several bars with dehors on the promenade serving excellent breakfasts. Possibility of self check in on request. ATTENTION: TOP FLOOR OF 4 NO ELEVATOR
