Sono veneziana da molte generazioni ......e forse è proprio per questo motivo che ho un grande amore verso la mia città ! Ho restaurato personalmente tutta la casa studiando ogni piccolo dettaglio e curando ogni minimo particolare , in modo da lasciare ai miei ospiti un " pezzo di amore"della mia Venezia nei loro cuori .

Gli appartamenti si affacciano in un tipico campo veneziano con vera da pozzo e possono essere affittati anche unitamente per una famiglia o per un gruppo di amici, combinati fra loro in base alle necessità per un numero massimo di 18 posti letto.

Per la sua ubicazione in una corte privata, situata in pieno centro storico nel cuore dell'elegante sestiere di San Marco, gode di una tranquillità incontaminata dal flusso turistico. La sua posizione strategica permette di raggiungere in pochi minuti a piedi la splendida Piazza San Marco e i principali luoghi d'interesse: il vicinissimo Teatro La Fenice, le Gallerie dell'Accademia, la galleria Peggy Guggenheim, la famosa Via XXII Marzo dello shopping griffato, Punta della Dogana e Palazzo Grassi che ospitano le collezioni di arte moderna di F.
