Great value for this brand new two bedroom two bathroom apartment located in the heart of Venice in a typical Venetian area, steps to San Marco Square, Rialto Bridge, shops, markets and restaurants. Elevator to the floor for easy access, air conditioning, internet, TV, washer and fully equipped kitchen makes this large and comfortable property the prime choice for your vacation in Venice. Ideal for couples or families with children.

Dedicated to make my guests feel at home while experiencing the real Venetian way of life in the city I live in and love.

Great quiet, local neighborhood filled with local shops and restaurants and yet just a short walk to all the main attractions such as San Marco Square and the Rialto Bridge
