NNV Pool Villa Lazise is located in Lazise, in a quiet residential area. Entering the property through the main gate, on the left is a ramp leading to the private garage from which you can access the lower level of the villa, which features a triple bedroom, a bathroom and a laundry area. On the ground floor, you reach the living area with and open-plan kitchen and a full bathroom with shower. Continuing upstairs, you'll find the sleeping area, with three double bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has a private bathroom with shower, while the other two share a second bathroom. All bedrooms have direct access to the balcony that runs along two sides of the villa. Outside, the villa is surrounded by a private garden with a private infinity pool and an outdoor dining area. The villa is located approximately 1,20 km from the center of Lazise, reachable in about 20 minutes on foot, allowing you to enjoy the tranquility of the residential area while remaining close to restaurants, shops, and the lakefront. The villa is equipped with a TV, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning. Towels and sheets are provided and included in the price for all guests. Drinks, food (e.g., spices, salt, oil, etc.), and consumables (e.g., soap, shampoo, detergent, toilet paper, etc.) are not provided. A maximum of two pets are allowed with a mandatory fee of 100e per pet. Check-in is from 4 PM to 8:00 PM. Arrivals after 8PM are subject to a mandatory 30e fee to be paid in cash upon arrival. Check-out is by 10 AM. Early check-in and late check-out can only be confirmed the day before arrival or departure. Upon arrival, all guests must show identification documents and pay the tourist tax (except children under 14). A mandatory security deposit of 500e is required to be paid in cash upon arrival and refundable in cash upon check-out.
