Laguna Boutique Apartments are freshly renovated, comfortable and well equipped apartments in Venice Mestre (Via Roma), with fast connections to Venice Island (around 10 minutes by bus). A practical base for visiting Venice and exploring nearby destinations such as Verona, Padua and Treviso. Amenities include: - Comfortable beds - Modern, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave, toaster, kettle and cookware) - Flat-screen Full HD TV - Fast Wi-Fi - Air conditioning We’re happy to share local tips — from how to get around Venice Island and the mainland to our favourite restaurants and places to eat. If you need anything before or during your stay, just send us a message.
The building is located in a quiet and safe residential area in Venice Mestre, with shops, bars, gelaterias and supermarkets nearby. Mestre’s main square is about a 15-minute walk away. Venice Island is easy to reach by train or bus. The bus stop is about a 3-minute walk from the apartment, and the train station is around 12 minutes on foot. From Venice Mestre you can also reach Verona (about 58 minutes), Padua (about 14 minutes) and Treviso (about 17 minutes) by train, and explore the Prosecco area nearby.
