The Oberberghof is located in Eppan Berg, in an exceptionally quiet setting surrounded by vineyards. Its elevated position offers wide, unobstructed views of the surrounding mountains and landscape. Despite the peaceful location, the villages of St. Michael and St. Pauls can be reached on foot in approximately ten minutes. The three holiday apartments are furnished to a high standard and offer privacy, comfort and a relaxing atmosphere. All apartments feature a private terrace, dedicated parking space and a fully equipped kitchen. Large windows create bright interiors and allow guests to enjoy breathtaking views of the vineyards and the mountain scenery. A particular highlight is the spacious garden with a biological natural swimming pool, perfect for cooling off on warm days. This is complemented by a newly built Finnish panoramic sauna with views of the surrounding nature – ideal for unwinding after active days. Guests also have free access to a laundry room with washing machine and dryer, including detergent. The Oberberghof is ideal for couples as well as guests seeking peace and outdoor activities, who wish to enjoy nature and relaxation while still being close to the villages and the South Tyrolean Wine Route.

Hello and welcome to the Oberberghof! The landlord Simon Eisenstecken and his family will host you during your holidays in South Tyrol. Our holiday apartments are part of our farm stay. We grow apples and grapes for delicious wine. The building where we live is right by our holiday homes, so we are more than happy to share tips regarding what to do and where to eat at any time. The apartments are located in a quiet area, in between vineyards, the wine villages of St. Pauls and St. Michael are just about 1km away. You can choose between a wide variety of restaurants, bars and supermarkets - ask as and we can help. If you want to spend your holidays actively, you have found your place: From our farm stay you can start hiking and biking tours. Some of the most popular bathing lakes of South Tyrol are only a stone throw away. The mighty Dolomites are easy to reach within a few minutes drive. The cities of Bolzano and Merano are also reachable by public transport.
