Una casa tranquilla immersa nelle campagne umbre, a un passo da tutti i servizi e dalle strade principali. Al centro della regione e facilmente raggiungibile, è un ottimo punto di partenza per andare alla ricerca dei vari borghi e luoghi di interesse limitrofi. La casa si trova lungo una strada secondaria, poco trafficata. Il giardino a vostra disposizione offre una vista sulle colline e sulle due chiese simbolo di Todi. La casa non è provvista di lavatrice, Todi ospita lavanderie, anche self service.
Vivo con la mia famiglia nello stesso edificio, al piano di sopra. Sarete accolti a casa nostra come degli amici, siamo molto felici di condividere la nostra casa, incontrare nuove persone e metterci a disposizione per qualunque informazione, necessità. Potrebbe esserci l'occasione di incontrarsi: il giardino e il parcheggio sono spazi condivisi.
I vicini sono persone molto tranquille e socievoli. Molto vicini a noi, attenzione: il piazzale di fronte all'ingresso della casa Olea è di loro proprietà. I secchi per la raccolta differenziata della spazzatura sono vicino al cancello d'ingresso. Il vetro viene raccolto nelle campane verdi lungo le strade della città. A pochi metri di distanza da casa c'è una tipica trattoria.
