Olive Tree Hill is a family run B&B located just a stone’s throw from Rome, in the medieval town of Zagarolo. We (Ivano and Tehri) invite you to join our family and experience the authentic Italian lifestyle, find your home away from home and discover Rome and the surrounding area through an unparalleled experience. We understand that many things can happen that may cause you to need to cancel your booking, which is why we allow our guests to cancel. However, as we are a small, family-run B&B, it can be very damaging to us when we have lots of cancellations, especially if they are last minute. Anything can happen in life, and we don't want to add troubles onto troubles. We like to trust in people, and believe that if you cancel it is only because something unfair and unexpected has happened. Especially in the case of an early booking, we hope people will take into special consideration this act of faith.
Olive Tree Hill is run by us, Ivano & Tehri, an Italian/Finnish couple dedicated to ensuring you have the best possible time as you visit Rome and its beautiful countryside. After spending many years traveling and experiencing different cultures, we decided to open the doors to our own slice of paradise, to share with our friends and guests the pleasure of the Italian lifestyle.
