Just 200 m from the seafront of Viale Italia from which you can reach the renowned Terrazza Mascagni and the Naval Academy of Livorno, certainly one of the most fascinating areas of the city. The center can also be easily reached on foot. The house is located on the ground floor and has an independent entrance with a small external cloister. It has been completely and recently renovated and therefore has all the comforts and amenities necessary for you to have a relaxing stay whether you are on holiday or at work. The living area has a modern open space with air conditioning, kitchen equipped with dishwasher. There is an alarm, an internet connection both ethernet and wifi, a 4k TV with an active Netflix subscription. The sleeping area has a large double bedroom with air conditioning, a second bedroom, also with air conditioning, with two single beds and a study corner. Bathroom with shower and closet with washing machine, cordless vacuum cleaner, iron and clothesline. There is also a small external cloister with a table for having breakfast outdoors in the summer. House rules: 1. Do not invite unregistered guests into the house; additional charges will apply. 2. Dispose of the trash at check-out; otherwise, a penalty of 30 euros will be charged. 3. Dishes must be cleaned at the time of check-out; dirty dishes in the kitchen or dishwasher will incur a penalty of 35 euros. 4. The apartment is located in the new area of "Porta a Mare", a strategic area of Livorno because it is in the heart of the city. A few meters from the house you can reach the beautiful promenade along the sea of Livorno that will take you to the Mascagni Terrace, a beautiful Art Nouveau square from which you can enjoy a fantastic view, named after the Livorno composer Pietro Mascagni, author of the opera Cavalleria Rusticana. From here you will reach the famous "Bagni Pancaldi", the square of San Jacopo in Acquaviva with its ancient church which hides a 17th century crypt shrouded in legends. You can have an aperitif at the "Baracchina Bianca" and visit the Aquarium of Livorno, attraction for adults and children. Walking along the seafront you will also arrive at the Naval Academy of Livorno, a famous university training school that trains officer students of the Italian Navy, which can be visited on some days of the week. Another destination not to be missed is the monument of the "Four Moors", symbol of the city of Livorno, located right in front of the Port, built in 1587 in honor of the victories of Ferdinand I of the Medici and the Knights of Santo Stefano over the Barbary corsairs. Visitors will have to try to find the exact point where it will be possible to see the four Moors together. In front of the monument is the Port of Livorno and the wonderful Old Fortress, built in the sixteenth century on the orders of Cosimo de' Medici, which tells of a past of greatness and resistance. Its asymmetrical structure, the three large bastions, the remains of the medieval tower with a square base have accompanied the people of Livorno throughout the ages and are often the scene of music events and unmissable initiatives in the summer. Not to be missed is a visit to the "Venezia" district, built entirely on the water, walking through the canals, bridges, alleys and cellars, with the possibility of taking boat trips along the canals. Also worth seeing is Mercato Vettovagli
