The residence is one of the most important historical buildings of the village. Just a few steps from the central square and placed in front of the church of Santa Maria Maddalena. The building dates back to 1500 and has been restored from the beginning of the 20th century to the year 2005, when it was opened and opened to the public, and equipped with a panoramic terrace overlooking the lake. The guests of the building have access to the large swimming pool of the manor, which is now called "Casale Baldelli". Just 2.5 km straight, along the wine route and just a stone's throw from the Tuscan border.

We are located in one of the best areas of Italy and the world where sports activities, tours, tastings and many other activities abound, the village of Castiglione del Lago, as fascinating and full of history as it is, was born near the splendid cities that border between the Umbria and Tuscany that we find along the "wine" road such as Cortona (15km), Montepulciano (20km), Pienza (35km), San Casciano dei Bagni (40km), Rapolano Terme (50km), Val d'Orcia ( 35km), Città della pieve (18km), Panicale (15km). The Tuscan Wine Roads, together with those of Flavors, are one of the most interesting routes to discover the lesser-known corners of the area, villas and farmhouses, farms and cellars where you can taste the best labels. See where the most famous grapes in the world grow, learn about the production techniques, venture into the farms and taste the local products and, why not, get to know the "people of Tuscany" more closely: the Wine and Flavors roads are also this.
