Welcome to Palazzo Marini, located in the very heart of Spoleto. Just a few minutes from the Duomo and the Rocca Albornoziana, we offer a spacious 120 m² apartment within a historic building. What makes us unique is the convenience: private on-site parking, easily accessible without entering the ZTL (Restricted Traffic Zone). Located on the first floor (no elevator), the apartment blends history with functionality: Sleeping Area: 2 large double bedrooms (sleeping up to 5 guests), a full bathroom, and a private balcony with relaxing views of the Spoleto hills. Kitchen: Separate, simple and essential but fully equipped (oven, microwave, kettle, moka pot) and includes a complimentary welcome breakfast basket to start your day right. The Experience: The interiors retain their old-world charm. As an exclusive privilege, guests can access and admire two majestic frescoed halls adjacent to the apartment. While these are historic spaces not meant for daily living, they offer a spectacular visual experience of the noble palace atmosphere. Despite the central location, the apartment is surprisingly quiet. Modern comforts included: Wi-Fi, Air Conditioning, and TV. Pets are welcome upon request.

Palazzo Marini is located in the heart of Spoleto’s historic center, in a strategic and convenient position. Just a short walk away, you will find the Duomo, the Roman Theatre, the Rocca Albornoziana, and the Ponte delle Torri, as well as restaurants, bars, shops, a pharmacy, a bank, and a post office. We are also close to the moving walkways that connect 'Lower' and 'Upper' Spoleto, making it very easy to get around the city. Despite its central location, the neighborhood is quiet and perfect for exploring on foot and discovering the authentic atmosphere of Spoleto.
