One week before your arrival, a dedicated concierge (available in Italian, English, German, Spanish, and Portuguese) will be ready to answer any questions you may have about the apartment and the area. Upon arrival, our concierge will personally welcome you, accompany you to the apartment, and remain available throughout your stay. At departure, we will be there to say goodbye and ensure everything went perfectly. The service is also available via chat for fast and personalized support.
Check-in: from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Arrivals between 7:00 PM and 11:30 PM are subject to an additional fee of 50.00 E. A security deposit of 200 E is required at check-in and can be paid in cash or by credit card. If paid by card, it will be refunded via bank transfer within 3–10 days, provided there is no damage.

This refined penthouse is set within the prestigious Vistalago residence, one of Desenzano del Garda’s most peaceful and scenic areas. Perfect for families and groups of friends, it offers generous space, modern amenities, and a touch of luxury. Children are welcome; due to building rules and delicate furnishings, pets are not allowed.
Arrive with ease via a private garage with electric door for two cars (350×204×5.5 m). From there, an elevator brings you directly to the top‑floor penthouse (third floor).
The living area is bathed in natural light from large windows. The open American kitchen is fully equipped and flows into a spacious lounge with a comfortable queen sleeper sofa (new 2026), flat‑screen smart TV, and large dining table.
Two furnished panoramic terraces—with electric sun awnings—invite al‑fresco breakfasts, aperitivo, or dinners with lake views.
Primary bedroom: 160×190 cm bed, en‑suite bath with Jacuzzi whirlpool tub, and private terrace overlooking the pools. Second bedroom: one twin bed and one French bed (150×190 cm), plus a private terrace—ideal for kids or teens.
Sleeping summary: primary (2); second bedroom: twin (1) + French bed (1 adult XL / 2 petite adults / 2 children); living room: queen sleeper sofa (2). A second bathroom with shower, WC, and washer, plus a handy storage room, completes the interior.
Residence amenities: five pools (one for children), play area, daytime concierge, and remote‑controlled gate for night access. To keep spaces calm and orderly, each unit is assigned two sun loungers.
