Thoughtfully restored apartment in Palazzina Mezdì, reimagining the optimistic 1970s alpine modernism of the original building through clean lines, warm materials and curated Tyrolean vintage pieces, balanced with contemporary comfort.
At 1,750 metres above sea level, Passo Carezza rests between the dramatic towers of the Rosengarten and Latemar, in the heart of the Dolomites. The apartment lies at the foot of the Pra di Tori ski slope, with direct ski-in access to the Carezza Ski Area, where mornings begin on snow and end with alpenglow on the peaks. A bus stop just outside the door connects you effortlessly to other Dolomite resorts and to Bolzano. In summer, hiking trails unfold in every direction, from gentle walks to high-alpine routes, including paths leading to the emerald waters of Lago di Carezza, one of the most enchanting lakes in the region.
