"Patty green house" is located in the green and tranquility of the Castellana Grotte countryside, just 1.2 km from the town center. Part of a charming manor house, on the second floor, with independent access, consisting of a triple bedroom (double bed + single bed), living room with double bed and bathroom with shower. Close to the splendid trulli of Alberobello (12km), the sea of ​​Polignano (15 km), Monopoli (15km) and Ostuni (50km) and the beauties of the Valle d'Itria. The apartment is equipped with wi-fi, air conditioning (cold or hot air), refrigerator, electric coffee maker and kettle, bed linen, pillows, towels, soap, shampoo. There is no kitchen, stove and hob or utensils and dishes. Private parking, large garden with pine forest, cozy veranda, hammock are available to guests.
We will be available on site in a very discreet way but available for any of your requests. For other personalized requests or special needs, do not hesitate to contact me, I will be happy to help you. SUPPLEMENTS TO CONSIDER: - Upon your arrival there is an additional payment of 2 euros per person per day for the tourist tax, compulsorily imposed by the Municipality of Castellana Grotte.
