The Bellavista estate has been in our family since the early 1900s. The land is planted with olive trees, from which we produce our own extra virgin olive oil. The sea is just 3 km away. Services and towns are easily reached in 5 minutes by car or bicycle, as the area is flat. The house is divided into two apartments, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor, with independent entrances. Both enjoy a large private garden, well-equipped with tables, chairs, sun loungers, and a barbecue. Ample parking is available.
Hello! I'm Francesca and I've lived in the apartment next door with my family, my husband, and my children, since 2013, and I've loved it from day one! The freedom of the countryside and the convenience of nearby amenities. I'm always available for any needs, suggestions, or questions: so ask, text, email, or just ring the doorbell. I've tried to make the house welcoming and functional with a touch of personality. I hope you'll appreciate all the love and passion I've put into it. Enjoy the views of the surrounding countryside, the starry skies, the sunsets, and walks among the olive trees. Taste our extra virgin olive oil. Situated in the countryside, but accessible via a paved road. The bus stop is 800 meters away. The towns of Vada, Rosignano (north), and Cecina (south) can be easily reached in just a few minutes by car. The beach is 5 minutes away (about 3 km). For the more energetic, cycling is also convenient, as the area is flat and has many kilometers of cycle paths.
