The owner lives in a separate part of the property. Rustic-modern furnishing with antiques; tiled and terracotta floors. Outdoor area: private part of the property of approx. 200 m², unfenced grounds surrounded by trees, garden with well-maintained lawn. Garden furniture: deckchairs, sun loungers, parasol, portable barbecue.
The property is located in the Pisa countryside, just 3 km away from the Leaning Tower (the skyline can be seen from the garden) and the historic center of Pisa. Bagni di Pisa Spa resort in the village of San Giuliano Terme is only 2 km away and can also be reached with a nice walk in the corn fields paths. The location is strategic to reach the historic center of Lucca (perfect for Lucca Comics and Lucca Summer Festival).
