Casa Polsa”1964” is a structure with two independent apartments. One located on the ground floor and one located on the upper floor. CASA POLSA - 1 Apartment on the ground floor with 04 standard beds (double bedroom + bedroom with bunk bed) + 02 extra beds in the living room (foldaway bed + sofa bed) and a bathroom. There is a small unfenced garden with a view of the mountains. CASA POLSA - 2 Very large, independent apartment on the upper floor with 06 standard beds (01 double bedroom + 01 double bedroom or 02 single beds + bedroom with bunk bed) and two bathrooms. There is a large fenced garden and a balcony with a view of the mountains. All units have a seating area with a sofa, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with various kitchenware, including an oven, a microwave, a toaster and a refrigerator etc… The property is located in Polsa di Brentonico (TN), in the Monte Baldo Natural Park, a mountain resort at about 1250 meters above sea level. The property is adjacent to the ski slopes of the Brentonicoski Area (about 250 meters). Surrounded by greenery and enjoys a unique view of the Brenta Dolomites and Vallagarina. "La Polsa" offers countless outdoor activities. Skiing, ski mountaineering, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and sledding in winter, mountain biking, trekking, tennis and horse riding in summer. It is the ideal place for families seeking tranquility and relaxation.

About 250 meters from the house there are restaurants, pizzerias, and minimarkets. 10 km away, in the characteristic village of Brentonico you can find many other services: pharmacy, supermarkets, post office, bank etc... 25 km away is Rovereto, a beautiful town rich in culture and art, with the most important Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art in Italy. 30 km away you can reach Lake Garda with the picturesque towns of Torbole, Riva del Garda and Arco. 50 km to the north is Trento and 90 km to the south is Verona. The most convenient motorway exit is Rovereto Sud which is 25 km away. The nearest airport is Verona airport about 75 km away.
