Around the accommodation there are 10 hectares of woods and lagoon, rich in ducks and fish. In the natural meadow there is the pool equipped with sunbeds, chairs, umbrellas and garden furniture, as well as a gazebo with tables, benches and barbecue. A few steps from the river Sile is a landing stage with four private moorings, so guests can take a boat along the river to the nearby sea or in the lagoon channels to the islands.
