New for 2026: the Pratone apartments are getting a makeover! From March 27, you can look forward to completely renovated rooms in the same beautiful location as always: surrounded by greenery, 1.5 km from the center of Garda and just a stone's throw from the lake! The Apartments Pratone offer you a private access to the beach, which is only 300 metres away. Green areas, adult’s pool, children’s pool, one parking space per apartment are available. All apartments are provided with balcony or terrace furnished with table and chairs. They are all equipped with satellite TV, air conditioning central heating and some are on 2 levels. One parking space per flat, pets are not allowed.

Neighborhood info

A bath in the gorgeous pool with front view of the lake and lateral view of the mountains, in a green garden just a few steps from the lake and 1,5 kilometres from the old town of Garda. Not far away, the two lovely gems Punta San Vigilio and Baia delle Sirene, which will surely enchant you with their magical beauty.
