Purchased many years ago by a renowned Italian writer and translator who introduced Agatha Christie’s novels to Italy, the tower was transformed into a creative and inspiring retreat, still preserving its literary and contemplative atmosphere. The villa is arranged over five levels, following the traditional structure of Vernazza towers. On the ground floor there is a small bathroom with shower and an essential kitchenette with electric hob, microwave and Nespresso machine, suitable for breakfasts and simple meals. The first floor features a cosy living area with table and single sofa bed. The second floor hosts a quiet double bedroom, while the third floor is a panoramic study, the creative heart of the house, with a bed convertible into a double bed and large windows overlooking the sea and village. The highlight is the panoramic terrace, accessed via internal stairs, offering a 360° view over Vernazza and the Ligurian Sea, ideal for sunset aperitifs or moments of pure tranquillity. The tower features steep internal and external stairs and is best suited to aware guests: ideal for solo travellers, couples and small families with older children, but not suitable for guests with reduced mobility, very young children or elderly people.
