An added value is the prompt and cordial hospitality of the owners, who live in the building next door, lovers of nature, art and music, and whose welcome has the effect of relaxing 'feeling at home'. The owners and staff will be able to advise you on the places of interest that you can visit during your stay at Relais Casamassima, and give you information on naturalistic activities to do nearby, such as hiking, excursions, but also food and wine experiences such as the "Truffle Hunt" and guided visits to local wineries and craft breweries.

The rooms of the Relais Casamassima were restored in 2011, in full respect of the original structure. They are treated in detail with sober elegance, and the skilful play of colors makes every corner of the structure unique and worthy of a small Charming Hotel, with three spacious Suites, a Junior Suite and a refined Deluxe Room, all elegantly furnished. Each Suite has an independent external access that guarantees privacy and security, as well as the freedom to return independently with a remote control for the gate of the facility supplied with the keys delivered at check-in. Breakfast is served outdoors in fine weather or in a bright room that was once used as a greenhouse. The old stable, now a library full of books on Perugia and Umbria, is available to guests who want to discover and deepen their knowledge of this area. From the park, which surrounds the entire property, and from the small private swimming pool the view sweeps pleasantly between the olive groves and vineyards of the farm, which has always been connected to the agritourism business. Based on availability, it is possible to book light lunches or dinners at the restaurant of the Relais*, through a set menu proposal developed ad hoc to satisfy the palates of the guests and introduce them to the delights that the local cuisine has to offer. The ingredients produced by our farm will also enrich the culinary experience, such as fresh eggs, fruit, vegetables, but also IGT wines and Casamassima extra virgin olive oil. _________________ *We wish to inform our guests that it is absolutely forbidden to bring and consume food inside the Suites.
