All properties are cleaned and sanitized by certified, high-quality cleaning companies. Italian Homing provides a welcome courtesy kit in all properties, along with all the necessary information regarding the accommodation. Customer care will be available exclusively via instant messaging apps or email during the following hours: 09:00 – 19:00, and until 22:00 on the day of check-in. The amount displayed on the platform includes both the owner’s rental fee and the charges for additional services provided to the guest by the Property Manager. These amounts will be detailed in the rental agreement and will result in two separate accounting documents issued to the guest at check-out.

The residence is not a hotel: it does not provide reception, catering, or other extra services. Each apartment is unique in type, floor plan, furnishings, and amenities. When booking, you can choose the accommodation that best suits your needs: it will be exactly the one you select to welcome you during your holiday. The facility is completely automated: check-in is self-service. You will be asked to enter your personal information, sign the mandatory contract with the accommodation online, and complete facial recognition.
