We run our house with great passion and are dedicated to making your stay as pleasant as possible. Our house, the Belle Époque, is located in an exclusive, prestigious villa district surrounded by old trees and parks, right in the center of Merano. A Mediterranean garden with many palm trees invites you to relax and enjoy the tranquility. You can park your car free of charge in our spacious private parking area right in front of the house, as the spa promenades and Merano's old town are just a 3-minute walk away. In addition, there are excellent bus connections in all directions just a few minutes’ walk from us. Right in our building, you'll find numerous bakeries, butchers, grocery stores, a pharmacy, patisseries, as well as many restaurants and cafés. We are also a great starting point for skiing – only 5 minutes by car to the Merano 2000 cable car, and in 10 minutes you’ll be on the slopes at Merano 2000. Whether it's a walk along the spa promenades, hikes on the Waalwege trails, the Sissi Trail, Lazagsteig, to Dorf Tirol, Schenna, or into the Passeier Valley – you'll find countless opportunities to explore nature. There are also fantastic cycling paths everywhere. We are happy to give you recommendations for good restaurants, excursions, and more.
