Property info

The residence is equipped with every comfort and is located a few steps from the lake and the center of the town, an ideal position for a holiday without having to use the car for every trip. The apartments are all equipped with Wi-Fi, satellite TV, heating, air conditioning and the kitchens are equipped with everything needed for cooking. The Residence is surrounded by a bright and sunny garden but there is no shortage of areas to relax in the shade of olive trees, lemon trees or the large centuries-old cedar. The swimming pool is equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas and there is also a small playground for the little ones. There is also a garage for cars, a storage room for bicycles and surfboards and a small but comfortable relaxation area with sauna. The apartments on the ground floor have a small private garden while those on the upper floors have a balcony. Towels and sheets are provided included in the price. No type of drinks or food and no consumables are provided (soaps, shampoos, etc....) Check-in is from 4pm to 8pm. For check-in after hours a contribution of 30.00 Euros is required to be paid upon arrival. Check-out is by 10:00. Early check-ins or late check-outs can only be confirmed the day before.
