Places in a recently restored building (where the old mill of the village was once built), the apartments rented for short periods of time (up to 30 days), enjoy a splendid panoramic position from where, surrounded by the vineyards and Umbrian olive groves, you will apreciate suggestive views of Assisi, Perugia, the plain of Monte Subasio and the Sculpture Park of Brufa; all of this enriched by unique and unprecedented sunsets. Each room has air conditioning, LCD TV and free WiFi. Outside a swimming pool with hydromassage, a garden with barbecue and a terrace with tables. The Apartaments in Brufa has two children's playgrounds, one indoor and one outdoor, where your little ones can spend pleasant moments of relaxation together with you. Accomodation Rules: - Final cleaning of the kitchen by the guests - Quiet from 23.00 to 08.00 and from 14.00 to 16.00 - Smoking is permitted only on the terrace and in the common outside parts using the appropriate ashtray - Access to and use of the following common areas only (with limitations): panoramic terrace / solarium, garden, indoor playground and outdoor playground. - Guests are not permitted to introduce unregistered person
