Emmebi Holidays works to create unforgettable holidays on Lake Como. Our main goal is looking for customer's satisfaction. Cleanliness, hospitality and attention to detail are our strong points. Our team is divided in host team and construction team; Rosy and Stefano are working for holidays rental and Matteo and Marco are working for construction. The apartments are all owned by the family. The construction company has more than 45 years experience in this sector. The building of each apartment has been followed in every small detail.

Property info

The residential structure is located in Biosio, a small hamlet overlooking the area of the Bellano marina. The breathtaking lake view, which can also be fully enjoyed from the pool area, will make you fall in love with Lake Como and your holiday will become unforgettable. As soon as you reach the Residence you can park in a private garage and reach the apartments on the upper floor through an elevator. The apartments are newly built and boast modern furnishings.

Neighborhood info

The Residence is located along the renowned 'Wayfarer's Path' (sentiero del viandante), therefore it is logistically very convenient for those who want to travel the intermediate stages of the path and take advantage of their stay to visit historical and cultural places in the surrounding area, such as the village of Corenno Plinio, the horrid of Bellano, the abbey of Piona and many others points of interest. Lake Como and Valtellina are renowned for their food and wine specialties. Varenna, the famous tourist center, is also a few kilometers away from the property. In Varenna you can take the ferry boats for others famous destinations such as Bellagio, Menaggio and Lugano.
