Situato lungo il fiume Topino, in una vallata che offre bellissime passeggiate panoramiche e rilassanti. La struttura e` di recente costruzione ed ha tutti i confort per un soggiorno rilassante. Vicino all'azienda agricola "Il Conte" (Il Conte Organic Farm House), e` perfetto per organnizzare feste e banchetti, con un forno che cuoce pane, focacce, pizze e dolci. A 20 km da Assisi, la Residenza Il Conte offre le attrezzature per il barbecue e un'area giochi per bambini. La struttura e` dotata di un salotto per trascorrere momenti di relax, una veranda per mangiare all'aperto, un bagno privato, una vista delle montagne e passeggiate lungo il fiume, , ed una TV. La Residenza Il Conte vi attende a 8 munuti da Nocera Umbra, 45 munuti da Perugia, a 30 munuti da Gubbio e a 30 minuti di auto dall'Aeroporto di Perugia San Francesco d'Assisi.
