Its position is truly privileged: the charming village of Rio Marina and the characteristic Torre Beach are about one kilometer away, easily reachable with a pleasant walk or in just a few minutes by car. In the village you will find everything you need for a relaxing holiday — seaside restaurants, cozy cafés, small local shops and a variety of services. Two supermarkets with ample parking are also located a short distance from the property, perfect for convenient and stress-free shopping.
