Property info

Private rooms and an attic in a traditional Venetian house overlooking the Grand Canal. Inspired by Venetian traditions, the rooms are furnished with simplicity and taste. Coat hangers and lamps are inspired by the world of rowing, boats and their primary materials and objects: oars, forks, mooring poles, sailing masts, etc. The house and the rooms have been restored while maintaining the originality of the floors and doors, enriched with wooden furnishings and accessories that recall many of the equipment used in the daily life of Venetian or inspired by ancient crafts. All objects, materials and ideas are the result of the inventiveness of a couple of young architects; many were then made by local artisans or by the owners themselves. All to create a comfortable, inspired and connected environment to many aspects of the city you are visiting. A place that takes you back to an ancient tradition ... We are about 200 meters from the famous bridge over the Grand Canal, and the ancient Fish Market is even visible from some of the windows of the house or from its terrace. Opposite, the famous Cà D'oro palace! Nearby, restaurants, bars, shops, bank etc. Everything you need for a Venetian stay is at your fingertips in 5 min.
