The house is on two floors. On the ground floor there is the garden, which surrounds three sides of the villa and from which you can enjoy the breeze that rises from the river that flows just below it and the view of Mount Legnone. In addition to the garden, the entrance with a service bathroom complete with sanitary ware, new washing machine (2024) and shower box, a dining room with a new generation 55" TV (2024) with possibility of access various platforms (Netflix, Disney, etc.) with your own accounts, dining table, sofa and armchair and a spacious kitchen (new, 2024) with coffee machine (with use of pods and also Moka), dishwasher, induction hobs, oven, a large refrigerator (2024) and a snack table with stools. On the upper floor there are three rooms, one with two single beds, bedside tables and a work table with river view, a smaller one with a bunk bed, table and wardrobe, also with river view and with a balcony communicating with the first room and finally, located on the other side, a double bedroom with bedside tables, chest of drawers and large wardrobe and another large balcony with a drying rack for clothes. Also on the second floor there is a second bathroom with sanitary ware and a bathtub. Just 5 minutes foot from the villa you can reach the beaches and all the shops and activities on site. 40 minutes by car to reach the first nearest ski resort (Pescegallo, Val Gerola) Possibility of free parking spaces on street in front of the house, but not owned. Immediately under the house a ladder allows access to the river. From that spot you can reach several suggestive waterfalls. Possibility of adding a camping bed for a newborn / small child. Possibility of adding a side rail for children for a bunk bed. Small / medium-sized pets are welcome with a supplement of 50 per stay.
