Charming 95 m² ground-floor house in a peaceful courtyard with a lovely garden. Free parking on site. Fully furnished and comfortable for up to 5 guests (kids very welcome).
I am originally from Valmadrera but living in the Netherlands. My husband and I bought this apartment to be able to stay over in Valmadrera, to spend time with family. When we are not here, we are happy to share others to enjoy this wonderful place.
Located in the cute centre of Valmadrera only 15-minute walk form the Como Lake. Multiple bars, restaurants and a supermarket are within a 2-minute walk. In the area there are plenty of cute lake towns, hiking trails, UNESCO sites and waterfalls nearby. Easy access to public transport, within 1-hour drive to 2 airports
