Property info

Renovated apartment, very central and very bright, living room with equipped kitchen, double bedroom, single bedroom, bathroom with tub/shower. Independent heating and air conditioning. The floors are all wooden. The apartment is on the first floor without a lift. The apartment has a view of the Rio della Verona where the gondolas pass with serenades.

Neighborhood info

The location is the best for reaching the main sites to visit on foot: only 1 minute from the La Fenice Theater and the Veneto Athenaeum, 5 minutes from Piazza San Marco, 10 minutes from the Rialto Bridge. A well-stocked supermarket is just 2 minutes away on foot. The area is full of shops, typical trattorias and restaurants. If you don't want to prepare breakfast you can go to the Pasticceria al Theatro which is located 30 meters from the apartment. The closest vaporetto stop is Sant'Angelo which is just a 5-minute walk away.
