Immobile luminosissimo ed accogliente, situato a 5 minuti dal centro, ma circondato dal verde e dalla tranquillità, è sito al primo piano di una bifamiliare. Le due camere sono dotate di ogni comfort per la soddisfazione dell'ospite e sono fornite di bagno privato con doccia, climatizzatore, smart TV LED, Wifi gratuita, asciugacapelli, kit di cortesia. La struttura è dotata di una cucina attrezzata, in cui gli ospiti avranno a disposizione una macchina del caffè, decaffeinato, tea e vari snack e di un'area comune con tavoli e sedie. Posto auto privato.
Situato in zona residenziale, a km 3,2 dal centro città ( 5 minuti).
