It's 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment with one double bed in 1 room and 2 custom-made bunk beds in the other room (suitable for adults). The living room has an open plan kitchen with a sofa-bed. The kitchen is fully furnished including dishwasher and washing machine. Two bathrooms have both toilet and shower and one has a bidet. There is a shared closed parking underneath the building. We have a separate small ski storage as well but you can also rent storage directly at the lift (200m walk away).

We renovated this property as a family vacation destination and we are happy to share it with you. The property has been fully refurbished and we made everything in a way for us to enjoy, so we hope that you equally enjoy the place. We are a family with 2 young boys who enjoy skiing and we recently decided on this area due the ideal location, access to the vast skiing area of the Via Lattea and the nice surroundings. We very much enjoy the area in the summer as in the winter. There is a lot do do for kids including dedicated summer camps. The property is on a hilly slope, 200m walk from the Clotes lift (downhill) or 50m straight across the road to the slope! It's also accessible from the top on your last ski run down into town. 400m to the town center with access to all bars and restaurants as well as shops. Very picturesque location with optimal view on the opposite mountain. On the sunny side of the valley.
