Spacious 3-bedroom pool villa on the exclusive gated island of Albarella, with lagoon views and private fenced garden. Three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Air conditioning and fast WiFi throughout. Unique lagoon-side position offering privacy and beautiful sunsets. Albarella is a private island: beaches, 18-hole golf course, tennis, sailing, horse riding, restaurants, and full entertainment programme. Included: weekly bed and bath linen, beach towels, welcome basket with wine and snacks, and house guide. Free parking. Pet-friendly. A golf cart is the easiest way to explore the island — rentals available at special prices for our guests. Albarella is a private, controlled-access island set within the Po Delta area, known for its unique landscape of lagoons, beaches, and protected nature. The wider Po Delta is recognised by UNESCO as a Biosphere Reserve (MAB) and is one of Italy’s most important ecosystems for wildlife and birdlife. It’s common to spot local fauna on the island — including fallow deer, pheasants, hares and squirrels — and, in the surrounding Po Delta wetlands, pink flamingos are a well-known symbol of the area. This strong “nature-first” spirit is also why bicycles and golf carts are the preferred way to get around. On Albarella you’ll find equipped beaches, a supermarket, bars and restaurants, boutiques, tennis courts, horse-riding facilities, a golf course, playgrounds, and a seasonal programme of daytime and evening activities (some services are subject to island fees). Our villa is located on the quieter lagoon side of the island, away from the main activity hubs — ideal for guests who want privacy, peaceful evenings, and beautiful sunset views from the patio or by the pool.
