Apartment 10 Castello also has a terrace for the exclusive use of the apartment, which, due to the particular shape of the historic building, cannot be reached by elevator but exclusively by a flight of steps. On the ground floor there is a shared relaxation area and a shared refreshment area with a purified water point. There is also a shared laundry room with professional washing machine and tumble dryer operated by smartphone. This service is available for an extra fee (on consumption).
