My Amazing Times is a company specialized in short rentals. We're launching also a new short rentals brand, that you will see in the next months: Nativoo. We manage over 100 properties on the Como Lake and in the surrounding mountains and guarantee our guests a smooth and unforgettable experience. We're available to assist with any questions or offer recommendations for local experiences. IMPORTANT: since we're a professional Property Manager, for all our properties you will be asked to access a portal (Octorate) to fill the additional informations requested by law in Italy: register all guests data, sign the rental agreement, add your payment method to pay extras (if selected during the check-in phase; i.e. additional cleaning fee for pets where allowed) or tourist tax (where requested by the municipality). Sometimes communication via phone is smoother; maybe you will be requested to accept our messages, that will come directly from our channel management system. For example you will receive information and videos for the self check-in in case you will arrive out of the check-in window. You will have a "House Manager" that will be available for you in case of need.

Welcome to our spacious and vibrant apartment nestled in the charming town of Lecco, situated along the stunning shores of Lake Como. With enough space to comfortably accommodate up to 7 guests, this inviting retreat is the perfect base for exploring the beauty and wonders of the area. The living room, awash in vibrant hues, offers a cozy sitting area where you can unwind and soak in the breathtaking views of the lake and mountains. The expansive, well-equipped kitchen boasts a dining area, ideal for sharing meals and creating unforgettable memories. Rest easy in the master bedroom with a large master bed and a bunk bed, while the second bedroom features three single beds. The apartment also offers a modern bathroom with bathtub for your convenience. Please note that the apartment is on the second floor and there is no elevator. There is no private parking, but there are many free street parking places nearby and usually it is not a problem to find a place. There is also a convenient space in front of the entrance to load and unload the luggage. A public laundry is located right across the street.

The Location: Perched in a strategic location, our apartment allows you to easily explore the picturesque town of Lecco and its surroundings. A short 20-minute stroll (please note the sloped streets) or a quick 5-minute bus ride will take you to the town center and the train station, opening up a world of transportation options to nearby attractions. Lake and Mountain Views: Indulge in the beauty of Lake Como and the surrounding mountains from the comfort of your own private balconies. Whether you're sipping morning coffee or enjoying an evening aperitivo, these vistas are sure to leave a lasting impression. Exploration and Convenience: Lecco boasts a rich history, lively ambiance, and a myriad of shops, bars, and restaurants waiting to be explored. Several supermarkets are at your disposal, open daily. With excellent connections via trains, boats, and buses, you can effortlessly venture further afield to discover the wonders of the region. These amounts will be better detailed in the rental contract and will generate two separate accounting documents for the guest at check-out.
