The studio is situated in a quiet neighbourhood, close to the city centre, and within walking distance of main services, such as supermarkets, bars, restaurants, and a park. There is also a spacious terrace with a dining table, ideal for relaxing. The property is a studio apartment with air conditioning, located in a building with an elevator. The space is divided into a TV area, featuring a TV, a two-person sofa, and a small table; a dining/working area with a table and chairs; and a sleeping area with a 160×200 cm double bed and a bedside table. The balcony includes a table with chairs and a comfortable lounge chair. The kitchen is in a separate area and is fully equipped with all the essentials for cooking.
