Apartment/penthouse in an excellent, quiet area located in the Corso Francia - Vigna Clara - Vigna Stelluti area, easily accessible by public transport. • Nearest bus stops: • Cassia/Fabbroni (lines 201, 223, and COTRAL), ~3 min walk • Flaminia/Pantaleoni (lines C3, 200, N200), ~4 min • Cassia/Jacini, Villa Severini a short distance away. It has a large dining room used as a living/sleeping area, a kitchen, a bathroom, a storage room with wardrobe, and a large balcony. The rented accommodation is a portion of the owners' apartment, made exclusive and with a separate entrance for guests, who live and reside in the other larger adjacent portion. It is located on the fifth floor of a five-story building and the balcony offers views of Veio Park and the Paideia International Hospital private clinic. Nearby: Salvo D'Acquisto M.O.V.M. barracks of the Carabinieri, “Lancieri di Montebello” Regiment (8th) - ‘Camillo Sabatini’ barracks, Italian Navy Angelo Paolucci barracks, Rome Olympic Stadium, Rome Tennis Stadium - Central Court, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation (MAECI) based at the Farnesina, Auditorium Parco della Musica. It can accommodate couples and families of three, with the possibility of adding a fourth bed. The portion of the property is an apartment with a separate entrance and is equipped with a double bed, topped by a queen-size bunk bed, a queen-size sofa bed, high-speed Wi-Fi, Smart TV, and a fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator with freezer compartment. The rented portion of the apartment is completely independent.
I am 51 years old, married to my 53-year-old husband, and have two children, one aged 15 and the other aged 11. I live in Rome and work for a private company. I would like to offer you a high-quality service for an unforgettable stay.
The Tor di Quinto neighborhood is a residential and green area located in the northern part of Rome, close to the Tiber River, between Via Cassia and the river. It takes its name from an ancient medieval tower that stood at the fifth mile of Via Flaminia. The area is characterized by green spaces, including Tor di Quinto Park with its lake and bike path, and the historic village of Tor di Quinto. It is located in the northern part of Rome, to the left of the Tiber River. It borders the Tiber River to the east, the Della Vittoria neighborhood to the west, and the Parioli neighborhood. The name derives from a medieval tower that stood on the Via Flaminia, indicating its location at the fifth mile of the road. The area boasts significant natural spaces, including Tor di Quinto Park along the Tiber, ideal for jogging and with a cycle path. At the center of the neighborhood is a small village with an ancient building that can be used for receptions. The main connections to the neighborhood are provided by Ponte Milvio, Ponte Flaminio, and Ponte Tor di Quinto. The neighborhood was established in the 20th century, separating itself from larger areas. The tower that gave the neighborhood its name, partially rebuilt and moved, is an interesting historical feature. To get around the Tor di Quinto neighborhood, you can take bus line 223, which connects it to other areas of Rome, rely on taxi service for faster travel, or use your own car (although the neighborhood can be difficult to navigate, so it is advisable to park and then walk). The neighborhood is crossed by roads such as Via Due Ponti, which connect it to neighboring neighborhoods. Public transportation options: Bus: The 223 bus line is the most economical option and allows you to travel between Tor di Quinto and other areas of Rome, such as the Termini area. Taxi: Taxis are the fastest option for reaching Tor di Quinto and getting around the neighborhood, although they are also the most expensive.
