The house is located in an old quarter still lived in by local residents, offering a truly authentic Apulian atmosphere. From here, you can easily reach Alberobello, Locorotondo, Martina Franca, Cisternino – and the sea isn’t far either. The location is also ideal for visiting Matera, one of Southern Italy’s most fascinating cities. 🚴‍♂️ Cyclists are more than welcome! I run a small bike workshop and can safely store your bikes, assist with repairs, and recommend the best cycling routes in the area. The house combines modern and simple decor with deep respect for the building’s historic character. It’s bright, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. But the real gem is the panoramic terrace: 🌅 a breathtaking view over the rooftops of the old town, the rolling countryside of Valle d’Itria, and the beautiful bell tower of Noci.
