The owners live in the Tenuta , which has been in the family for two centuries, They look after the farm, welcome their guests , and love living in the country! They also have a passion for horses. A splendid location also for weddings and other special events!

Tenuta Ca' Zen is located next to the banks of the River Po, in the heart of the Po Delta Nature Reserve The Tenuta, consisting of the main Villa, Stables, private Chapel, barn- houses and cottages dates back to 1700. It was visited by the English Poet Lord Byron , in love with beautiful Teresa Gamba Guiccioli, for whom he wrote his beautiful “Stanzas to the Po”. Today Ca' Zen offers bed and breakfast in 9 bedrooms located in the east and west wing of the main Villa, plus in two of the recently rennovated self catering cottages. The Rooms in Ca' Zen have lovely views over the garden. Each room includes air conditioning and a fully equipped private bathroom. The Tenuta also provides dinner and snacks previous booking with farm to table products. The lovely gardens with outdoor swimming pool are ideal for relaxing before and after exploring the area by bike, boat, canoe, on foot or on horse- back. Fishing , canoeing and birdwatching guided- trips can be arranged on request. The Village of Taglio di Po is 2,5 km away. Comacchio and Chioggia- fascinating historical villages- are just 30 minutes drive from us; Venice, Ravenna and Ferrara can be reached within one hour.
