A harmonious and very bright OPEN-SPACE with a full LAKE VIEW integrates the living area with the kitchen area, combining relaxation and practicality in a single environment. The entertainment area offers a 50” SAMSUNG SMART TV with NETFLIX, a three-seater sofa that can be converted into a comfortable double bed (204x140) when needed, with an additional memory foam mattress support.
