We live here, as a great little family: Sara, Emilio, Achille, Agata and our 5 cats. It is here where we carry out our daily organic farming and hospitality business. We offer hospitality and tranquillity surrounded by nature and the taste of authentic flavours within the frame of traditions and history this corner of the world is truly rich ofWe love this land, which has become an inspiration for our life. We tend to this beautiful farm, made up of steep olive groves, terraced vineyards and woods, making sure to consider biodiversity and the landscape. Our Farm was conceived from the desire to combine hospitality and the production of good, wholesome and ethically-produced food. Our organic products are of the highest quality, grown with biodynamic methods and cycles in compliance with the rules of good agriculture.

Terre di Còcomo is our organic farmhouse that extends across 10 hectares on the slopes of the splendid hills of Buggiano, a village in the hilly area of northern Tuscany, between Lucca and Pistoia. At Terre di Còcomo we offer a total of 7 double bedrooms, with an extra bed that can be added upon request to some of the bedrooms so that they can sleep up to 18 guests in total. All the rooms are painted with natural lime colours, each room is different with scenic views and furnished with restored vintage furniture or with bespoke handcrafted furniture. All bathrooms are equipped with at least one window and have a washbasin, toilet, bidet, shower with shower head and hand shower. Our organic farm produce extra virgin olive oil, honey, wine and Sorana beans IGP.

Neighborhood info

Within the estate it is possible to follow various trekking routes crossing over 10 hectares of land. For those who wish to explore a wider area, there are a number of footpaths from the nearby towns of Buggiano and Colle di Buggiano going across hills, small streams, winding through the woods and reaching other villages such as Massa, Cozzile , Malocchio, Macchino, Stignano, the Sanctuary of Croci. At the house, you will find a map with all the footpaths you can get access to within and outside the estate.Our infinity pool overlooking the surrounding valley and the town of Buggiano Castello is located just a short walk from the main building. Surrounded by greenery, the swimming pool is open from May to October and is perfect for chilling and relaxing taking in the peaceful setting under the sun. The whole area around our holiday farm is full of paths and secondary roads which are just perfect to be explored by bicycle. Electric mountain bikes or e-bikes with pedal assistance can be rented for a few hours or several days.The outdoor spaces around the farmhouse are full of secluded corners, immersed in lush vegetation and perf
