2-4 people. 1-bedroom apartment on the ground floor and garden. One bedroom with a kingsize bed and access to the patio and to the garden. Livingroom with kitchen area, tv sat and sofa with one convertible bed for 2 people, with access to the covered porch, the patio and to the garden. Bathroom with a modern shower and washingmaschine. Internet wifi. 150 meters from the lake, less than 5 minutes from train station and ferry dock, the Lido (a privat beach with sand , cafe and restaurant) is 100 meters away, the church square in the center is only 350 meters far. il riscaldamento dell'appartamento verrà conteggiato a Smc .

Varenna and a strategic point for visatare our beautiful lake to Bellagio and Menaggio every 30 minutes very well served. Varenna and spectacular, there are many things to see from Villa Monastero and Villa Cipressi Castle vezio a 20 minute walk with a beautiful view of the lake then Fimelatte the shortest river of Europe and many possibilities', beautiful walks on the path of the Wanderer , which goes from Lecco to Colico, delicious restaurants, and the famous LOVE of lovely walk.
