Third floor (Duplex) The flat features a living-kitchen with dining area and direct access to the terrace, a bright living room (upstairs), a double bedroom, a bathroom with a walk-in shower. All flats have a dishwasher and a parking place.

Neighborhood info

A few kilometres away are Maccagno and Germignaga, which are famous for their beaches. The public beach of Colmegna is also beautiful. Not far away, there is the town of Luino, which is equipped with supermarkets (COOP, LIDL, CARREFOUR), pharmacies, tabac shops, newsstands and shops. Here you can find a train station and a bus station, starting points for trips to Switzerland and Milan, and the ferry port, from which you can reach the Borromean Islands, for an unforgettable trip on Lake Maggiore. Don't miss the famous Luino market, with many food and clothing stands, in the main square every Wednesday.
