FourRoots Projects is a platform about hospitality projects. CaEleven is part of FourRoots since 2021 • has to be restored with all furnitures during two whole years. Furniture are craftmade by 100% recycled wood as rooms are decorated with 100% organic cotton and wool - all restored with minimal interior design using roots materials remembering the wabi-sabi and feng-shui philosophy comes from the deeply research and passion of the owners.

CaEleven is an entire building with more than 100 years of history • just ten km from Lake Garda The story begins in 1900 when Angelo bought a 30 m2 shop and began to renovate the private property. Today it consists of apartments on 3 levels with an independent space on the ground floor. Located in the main square of Caprino Veronese, CaEleven is hosting guests in the loft at last floor as the other two apartments stay private. The 3rd floor forms a single loft of 50 m2 with a kitchen and a private bathroom. There is no television as same time you can find some poetry books in English and Italian around the space. Perfect solutions for a slow trip for couples & friends. The entire building is a single owner and as such the main entrance is on the ground floor with the apartments with independent access via a staircase. CaEleven was completely renovated in 1995 by the owner family adding the property next door. During the seasons between '21/'22 the apartments were transformed using a sustainable approach. All the spaces were reorganized by recycling 100% of the wood from the surrounding industries. A choice to make your holiday time brighter. A conscious effort to walk together trying to deliver the scent of calm and silence that come first of all from the surrounding environment. The mountains are all around you. Monte Baldo is called the 'Garden of Europe' thanks to the biodiversity present that hosts more than 80,000 types of plants and flowers. Lake Garda can be reached in a few minutes as well as Verona and Venice.

Caprino Veronese is 8km from the major GardaLake and just 15minutes from the magical harmony of MonteBaldo which is call 'Garden of Europe' due the eighty thousand species of plants and flowers.
