Trend22 is a large, completely renovated two-room apartment located on the ground floor of a historic building in Pisa. The apartment consists of an entrance onto a large living area with a double sofa bed with 32" TV, a fully equipped kitchen with 2 induction burners, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine with coffee capsules, kettle with tea bags, toaster, milk frother and bottle warmer as well as all the crockery, 1 bathroom where you will find toilet paper, towels, hairdryer, various dispensers (shampoo, bubble bath and hand soap) at your disposal. In the sleeping area you will find a double bed measuring 160x200, with a 42" TV, wardrobe with hangers, a comfortable armchair and a suitcase rest. Both the living area and the sleeping area are equipped with air conditioning. Inside the property you will find the credentials to access the completely free Wi-Fi and our advice on what to visit and where to go. Only for the first night we offer breakfast with some products packaged for the number of guests. In the immediate vicinity of the property you can find paid street parking or, you can find an underground car park about an 8-minute walk away and, a 3-minute walk away you will find a market where you can buy food and drinks. From the apartment it will be possible to reach on foot all the main attractions of the city such as the Ponte della Vittoria where you can admire the whole city, Corso Italia, Piazza dei Miracoli, the Lungarni, Chiesa della Spina, Borgo Stretto and Borgo Largo, Piazza dei Cavalieri, the Botanical Garden, Giardino Scotto.
